Acceptance of Service

Along with a summons, each prospective juror receives a personal information form and a juror qualification form. These forms may either be signed and mailed back to the clerk of court or completed online at Signing and returning the acceptance of service does not require a person to serve if they have been excused by the court. If an acceptance is not signed and returned, the sheriff must deliver the summons at county expense.
