For questions about being excused from jury service, scheduling conflicts, or if you no longer reside in the county listed on your summons, please contact your Clerk of Courts office. The county clerk’s offices handle excusals, scheduling, and residency matters.

If you are having technical difficulties with the online questionnaire, our Support Team can help. Email us at UJSeSupport@ujs.state.sd.us with your full name, juror ID, county, and a brief description of the problem you encountered. We will attempt to find the best solution for your inquiry.
