The trial scheduled for August 28th is OFF. The next trial is scheduled for September 28th. Updates will be made to this website regarding that trial on or before September 27th. Thank you!
Please Note: If you are summoned to appear for a trial please do not park in a limited time parking spot to avoid receiving a parking ticket. Parking is available North, East, and South of the Courthouse in the designated parking lots. There is also available parking on the street in certain unmarked areas. Leave any personal items that may be prohibited by courthouse security at home or in your vehicle. You will be required to return any articles deemed a security risk to your vehicle. Examples are any type of weapon and or cameras. Cell phones will need to be turned off or turned on silent upon entering the Courtroom.
As a potential juror you are expected to report when requested. Other than an emergency or if you have previously been excused for a specific day, you must report to Court on your scheduled reporting date. If you wish to be excused on a day you are scheduled to report, you must report for jury duty and explain your request to the Judge. The Judge will then make a decision at that time if you can be released.
